COPR Can Read Obscured Plates
This plate has a frame that obscures the last character.
The misplaced frame does not prevent COPR from finding the section of the image containing the license plate.
Simple segmentation is not able to separate the frame from the last character.
But COPR's intelligent plate reading engine can correctly find the last character.
